1.Purpose of Use of OVR
The goal of the use of the hydraulic vibratory pile driver is piling and extracting the shaped material made of steel, called “sheet pile”, the length of which extends from 4 meters up to 10 meters and which, when driven one after another, behaves as a channel wall in narrow and deep excavations in watery, loose, sandy, clayey grounds. A hydraulic vibratory pile driver is a hydraulic machine powered by the excavator that it is attached or by an external power unit.

2.Working Principles of OVR
The hydraulic flow and pressure taken from the excavator is transmitted to the clamp through the check valve and cause the clamp to hold the pile. This operation lasts up to an oil pressure of 175 bars is reached. Having got over this pressure level, the valve directs the oil flow to the hydromotor. The hydromotor transforms the oil flow into a rotational movement and this rotational movement is transmitted to the unbalance cranks. The cranks work in pairs and in the direction of intersecting axes. When the balance parts are in horizontal axis (+x or –x) the centrifugal forces formed by their movement cancel each other and this prevents the hydraulic vibratory pile driver to vibrate horizontally. On the other hand, when the balance parts are in vertical position, both of the balance parts are either upward or downward position, together. Therefore, a movement in vertical direction is obtained. And this movement forms the vibration of the hydraulic vibratory pile driver. This vibration applies a force to the gear and the clamp with respect to the capacity of the hydraulic vibratory pile driver. In order to keep the excavator unaffected by the vibration, there exist several rubbers on the gearbox and the case is attached to the excavator by use of a hitch. This way, the vibration is slightly felt from the excavator.
